The marine/felon/guy that you speak of should then be charged with "remaining after being forbidden" along with assault and causing a disturbance charges.

I brought this up multiple times when the mob was ready to hang JJ.
No one cares that these kids were driving, and if he did get pulled out his truck, wasnt wearing a seat belt.
But the reports say the lawyer said his clients were not at shadys drinking that night. They went to go pick friends up. So at this point u cant assume anything.

Only one court has jurisdiction over this case and its the 19th JDC in East Baton Rouge. That's the only place its going.
