South Carolina might be our best chance to pick up a win. But without Myles it is a loss.

@Auburn: We have had some success of late at Jordan Hare but it is usually a L

Alabama: Enough said!

@Arkansas: Always a tough place to win for us. We have lost some there and they are outerforming their talent and we are grossly underperforming our talent.

@Tamu: They are @ home. They are playing better than expected.

@Ole Miss: This defense, as it stands, would give up 60 to Ole Miss. Can we outscore them? Do not think so.

@Florida: Oh! hi....

We could go winless from here unless the defense really steps up and Myles returns healthy.

I had warned about Bo in January. But Bo is better than 1-9.

Hate to say this but to some extent it is the players.... Some folks think they can coast along and just get drafted 1-2 years later without putting in the work.

The problem is one losing season and it's becomes acceptable to lose. Then the program slides.

We fired Miles for going 9-3. Extreme nativists will suport O even if he goes 1-9. But if Les went 1-9 his life would be in danger.

How much are you willing to bet that we go winless the rest of the season?

Without Brennan we go 3-7 worst case scenario.

With him and getting our shite together, I hope we can go 6-4.

Feels like 3-7 without Myles to me. think we scrape a couple out somewhere. maybe we can be spoilers and ruin someone's season like TAMU or Florida.

Hard to argue against that. My homer outlook would like to think that we steal a game or two but I can’t predict any wins with confidence.

That would be the most LSU thing ever. Defense gets their shite together and then we're back to having a weak offense.

I’m struggling to see this result as an indictment on the program.

We lost 19 starters or whatever it was off last year’s team.

O was forced to make a change at DC. He wanted to change the scheme. There were going to be growing pains from a personnel perspective, but then the pandemic hit and made it even more challenging to install a new system.

Then some of your top guys decide not to play - Chase, Shelvin, Vincent.

Now your QB gets hurt.

We’ll be right back in the hunt in 2021.

I'm not so sure about this one. I feel like O strongly encouraged Aranda to interview for HC jobs cuz he wanted an aggressive 4-3. Sometimes the grass isn't always greener.

This I agree with. Rough seas make a skilled sailor.

I think it is probably a bit silly to attribute a lot of weight to the home field advantage (or lack thereof) at places like Auburn, Arkansas, A&M, Florida (at least right now with the attendance limitations). What makes LSU a tough place to play is not the stadium itself, but the emotion and noise fueled by the crowd. Same for the other venues. It ain't the same with only 20k - 30k people yelling and screaming. Hell, it might BENENFIT LSU to play in front of a big crowd. Even on the road. Just having the emotion a crowd brings can give them a boost.

I don't think there is a major advantage for home teams this season as you seem to indicate.

That being said, yeah, 1-9 is a possibility but I don't think it's probable.

If LM has a losing season you mean. At 8-5 it was a near riot.

We have no idea what Max Johnson can do. I don't think our issues rely on MB being the QB or not. we have to play a little defense to beat anyone.

The comparison to this year is kind of crazy: having to start freshmen QBs, lost his DC, huge step back on defense as a result, massive exodus of players.
