Recruits will have to worry about whether their coaches will still be with the team next year. Not because they might be fired or (lol) taken by another school. They legit might be dead. From the scanning the sports page to the obits in one offseason.

sullivan can tell them what it was like to be in the room when the forward pass was invented. You can't put a price on that kind of experience
