We didn’t lose 5 olineman and that’s not what I said but I get it if you’re not in lock step with the propaganda and fantasy you’re Bad.

I assume you do realize that next years offense will most likely not come close to this past season's performance no matter who is calling the plays.

We are losing a Heisman QB
We are losing 4 very good Offensive linemen
We are losing a great Wr's
We are losing a very good TE
We are losing a very good RB

C'mon man.

Most of dont have time to follow the game at that level and those who did know Brady were pretty enthusiastic about him coming here.

Most of us aren't convinced E can get it done without a Brady-like help.

Every playcaller has a right hand man or a spotter telling him everything that he sees. That’s not unique to joe Brady and Steve Ensminger

Who was that guy last season then?

Im sure Ensminger has learned a lot. But people really are downplaying Brady.

I liked your team description because it’s never one person it’s the collection of people who fit together that makes it special.

When we look back on this team and see that 7+ offensive starters went on to have productive NFL careers, do you think people will still say “it was 100% Joe Brady”? Or will they say “damn that team was stacked”?

Joe Brady's scheme helped those players excel. It was all the same players and we were rotating linemen this year too. As far as Burrow showing up late, if Hurts can do it, I feel like Burrow should have been able to do it too. It was the scheme. Burrow threw 60 TDs this season and didn't throw one single TD in an entire month last year.

Just like when half the fan base bitched about how we missed out on Jimbo and sissy that went to Texas. Oh Is Me! Coach O will never win here he has a losing record. Then we win National Championship . You guys I trust O, I was wrong. Now on to this point O will never get the right hire. OMG . Really?

that in itself serves as a reminder he needs a brady type to help him. not even debatable. with that help he looks great. without he struggled with adjustments and matchups. i said it all during 2018. O has to get another guy who can help him like brady.

My thoughts exactly. I know CJ would be an outstanding wr coach, but between he and Munoz for PCG and Co-OC, I’d take Munoz all day. Hoping the smoke to Baylor isn’t true and we can retain him.

Ems was given free reign to install his ideal offense, and Burrow threw 16 TDs

One year later Brady put all those same players in a new offense, and Burrow threw 60.

We went from 48 TDs to 95.

32 ppg to 49.

Same QB.
Same RB.
Same WRs.
Same TE.
Same OL.

Anyone with any explanation for this other than Brady is scared and delusional.

Ems is 61, he wasnt just sitting in his office one day when he suddenly chose to run the best offense CFB has ever seen instead. if he could have done this before, he would have.

None of that means hes a bad OC however, and none of it means we're fukked.

How the new offense got here doesnt really matter, its here, we're not recruiting any fullbacks all of a sudden to go back to the I.

Most importantly, its not Joe Bradys offense. Its mostly Sean Paytons, with some of the concepts that Joe Morehead ran at Penn State mixed in. We will miss Brady dearly, Id take him over anyone, his work with the WRs alone made him invaluable, but were not dead yet. We dont actually know how much of this year was Brady innovating vs just doing what Payton would do.

Curtis Johnson knows that offense too. By all accounts Munoz is sharp as hell, if he didnt know the concepts before there's little doubt he does now.

Ems is not some doddering old man, he calls a great game, but he needs someone like Brady. As long as we get someone who can pick up where he left off, we should be fine.

Bet you never heard the name Munoz until yesterday? If not when did you first hear his name and how was it brought up?

I said Ensminger as lone OC has been a mixed bag and I hope he’s familiar enough with Brady’s system to keep it going.

Ensminger is damn near invaluable in the right setting like we had this season. The question is how feasible is it to expect other coaches to keep coming in as PSG coordinator and be able to duplicate that same chemistry?
