Can't say much, I decided not to go. Rather cook with friends and watch football all day.
Didn't go to Towsen last year, either.
I think most everyone can understand this for a Furman type game but the SEC games are looking like this now. I will bet the aTm game only has 80K there even if we beat Bama...

Sorry driving right now.
We had kids ,now its harder to do with football, soccer, baseball . Turned down stadium club tix.
Went to saints game, only had to be on the road for 3 1/2 hours . That was better than the Florida game traffic.
So throw in the fact it was furman who wants to see that?
Hope I cleared this post up

Gave up my tickets after the babies. Someone offered sclub tix and I said no . Furman took wife and son to the Saints game , much more fun IMO . Also went to Florida game with my ten year old son , that was OOC and it was not the lack of fans.

He gave up his season tickets after he had kids. Someone offered him stadium club tickets but he declined. Then, apparently someone named Furman took his wife and son to the saints game. And he took his 10yo son to the Florida game which was an OOC game (which I did not realize. Maybe that's why only 78k showed up)

Not a chance. He thinks we should be as excited for Furman as an SEC opponent.

Your pics labeled 1ST QUARTER are actually halftime. The players on the field are the snappers and kickers warming up. they were right in front of me and they had to wait for TGBFTL to leave the field to do so. I was wondering why Hairston was warming up on fieldgoal kicks...
You would be amazed at how many people stayed to see the HC Queen and then left immediately afterward. The Student section was full when the Queen was crowned.

I watched the game on my computer at home in California..With the camera angles they were showing on Tiger Vison, I was actually surprised and thought it was a pretty good crowd despite the game was against Furman.

Absolutely terrible. Why even buy tickets?
Well Miami is ranked like # 7 and was playing Wake Forest[a conference foe] and the whole stadium looked like the LSU upper deck in the pic.

Makes sense, I couldn't remember exactly when I took the pics but I knew one was an early pic and the other late.

After driving to Miss St. or 14 hours, to Ole miss for 13 hours, waking up every Friday morning at 5 a.m. to get an RV spot and then up again on sat. morning to tailgate and attend all the home games before FURMAN, I figured I needed a weekend off. Because I am sure that everyone on this board that is bitching about me not showing up has done the same correct.

You get a pass. However, make no mistake, most of the absentee fans are nothing like you. They're just lazy or disinterested and deserve a slap in the face with a penis.
