Plus Les Miles and the amount he uses him. LF will be a non factor in the first few games. It is the way Miles works.

Dude he ran for nearly 150 yards against South Carolina. Keep telling yourself whatever you need to tell yourself.

On 1 carry. Wisconsin had two backs go over 100 yards in that game.

Were they compared to Adrian Peterson by many scouts?

The thing about scouts is that they historically get it wrong more often then right, plus a lot of politics goes into HS recruiting. UWs John Clay (Army AA) comes to mind as one that was very highly rated out of HS. Yes he was good, but he didn't start his freshman year as he was not ready.

I just think you are expecting a bit much from a kid in his first year. Yes he has speed to burn, but does he have the vision to see holes that close much faster at this level? Does he have the strength to break tackles by DL and LBs that are much bigger and faster then he has played against. Plus, he is not little by any means, how is his conditioning going to be when he needs to get yards in the second half?

Not to mention that you LSU fans have said that you have ? at both WR and QB. Is Fournette equipped to carry your offense 4 quarters at this stage in his career against a big time opponent that loads the box, idk? But that is what makes College Football the greatest game in the world, cause we are all about to find out!

On Wisconsin!!!

Not an issue considering we're gonna run 4 backs at you.

This guy is a can't miss. Also, your assumption that freshmen can't contribute right away is false. Look at Todd Gurley. Look at TJ Yeldon. Hell look at Jeremy Hill. All three tore up the SEC as true freshmen. Look for Fournette to do the same.

LF is the real deal, he needs 15-20 carries a game

Actually I don't assume that at all, if you read my other posts... just the likelihood of him not being at Gordon's impact level sides in my favor.

Please go back and read the post and the one that i replied too before you look like a bigger idiot than you already do..Nothing was said about the other two RB's it was strictly a point proven to the Wisky person that was so high on Clement

Not to mention what Hilliard and Hill accomplished as TF. In fact, LSU has quite a history of TF backs contributing; Robiskie, D. Hilliard, Garry James, Harvey Williams, Faulk and Vincent.

Well I actually agree with you on that point, and I have been arguing against my fellow Tiger fans who want to downplay the impact Gordon will have on this game. Earlier in this thread, I called Gordon one of the best three RBs in CFB (along with Gurley and Williams).

But again, the answer to your questions about Fournette are all "yes". And yes, Fournette is a better pure athlete than Gordon. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Fournette is faster than Gordon even though he outweighs him by almost 20 lbs.

You have doubts, and that is fine. Fournette will clear up your doubts in short order.

Your point is not a good one considering Clement didn't get a lot of carries last year. What did he do with those carries? What was his average per carry?

These are the questions you need to ask yourself. LINK

You are trying to say Clement isn't good when he really hasn't had a chance to show what he can do. And the little bit he has done is impressive.

I really don't know what you are trying to say here. Also, you seem mad.

Interesting screen name.. anyway.

Remember this when you're staring at the TV dazed by the seemignly endless 2nd half, your emotions leading you on a frenzied journey through disbelief and reason trying to find an explanation for why Wisconsin's players looked like they were quitting... grown men play ball in the SEC and they fresh in August/Sept. Good luck.
