As he did with Football.

He always has a scape goat and toadies to keep the rumors/lies going.

During the NCAA’s investigation, Wade “violated the NCAA principles of ethical conduct and failed to cooperate in the investigation” of numerous allegations, including four violations outlined in the notice of allegations and "a number of other allegations"

Wade was given every opportunity to explain himself but refused like a little bitch. He was implicated in 6 level 1 violations. We’re lucky we didn’t get the death penalty.

You did this to get a reaction, you got it.
I’ll agree there is an obsession with him, but don’t pretend this was an average job in today’s day and age at a very average basketball school.

No such thing as the death penalty anymore or the nonsense you continue to make up.

Wade didn’t “cheat”. That’s stupid. He did what all to programs do including ours today. Don’t be naive.

The program was on the way up under Wade, now it isn’t.

I’m beginning to think some posters really really do get paid by the athletic department.

Hey dipshit, you do realize that not all of the allegations made by the NCAA were proven. In fact the biggest allegations made against him were not proven. They failed to prove he paid any improver benefits to any recruit. They hit him with talking to Trendon Warford’s family at a restaurant after one of his HS games, failing to timely hand over text message and paying a blackmail threat. That is literally all they proved.

All the other allegations were thrown in so the NCAA can claim they tried to go after him, yet everyone involved knew the NCAA could not prove the other allegations regarding improper benefits because the NCAA has no way to compel unrelated third parties to participate in the investigation (the NCAA doesn’t have subpoena power). Literally everyone involved knew they couldn’t prove these claims, including Woodward.

We did. It just wasn’t a formal “death penalty”. But in practice, the program is “dead”…as McMahon continues to search for his first road win at LSU (now 0-10)

I remember a coach that went 9-0 on the road in conference in year 2, without the portal…

Idiotic thread.

LSU made the NCAA tournament 6 times in 24 seasons before Will Wade was hired.

Will Wade led LSU to 4 straight NCAA tournaments.

LSU basketball is not on probation and has no scholarship penalties.

Because they hit him with the violations I outlined. Certainly would have been much worse if they hit him with paying improper benefits. They didn’t prove that one.
