Why so secretive about the roster? We are about 5 weeks from the start of the season. Not bashing, just curious

We're going to have a lot of players who's eligibility is going to be questioned. European Pro players, RJ, etc. Many foreign Pros suited up all around the country last year.

LSU took the lead with all of that in football and it escalated very quickly. On the basketball front there are lots of other teams wanting to and already doing this. Maybe LSU is going to let them announce rosters first and then just slip ous in with the rest of them.

There may be nothing to that theory. But I can tell you this if we were the first to announce these type of signings this year the whole world would be up in arms and attacking LSU. Threatening to get booted out of the conference, etc. Watch how quiet it will be when others roll out their foreign Pros. first. Can't wait to see how this plays out.

He addressed that. Because of the situation we are in, our approach has been unconventional, etc. Then He said many of the international players would be affected, or it would be against their best interest to put their name out now. Etc. But he went out of his way to say full roster
