Why can't the anti-wade guys just admit that he cares about the program and brought it back from the dead?
It's like robbing a bank to feed the poor.

Except it was literally Will Wade giving money to the poor himself lol. He was paying some of these guys out of his checking account.

Yeah the Robinhood comparisons only make sense if Robinhood took the money out of his pocket.
Wade took a program that won 10 games and did the things necessary to compete with the top of the conference. He was unlucky in that he happened to do it at a time when the FBI decided that it needed to prosecute "street agents" related to college basketball. Still trying to figure out who the "victim" was on the crimes committed by Dawkins and others.
If the FBI was not digging into college basketball, Wade is still our coach and he would be making in the ballpark of $4-5MM/year.
Was he sloppy, sure, but so were other coaches, he just happened to be unlucky enough to talk on the phone with a guy that was the target of an FBI investigation (again, still not sure who the victim was in this "investigation").

I don’t think so.

That’s an incredibly stupid analogy.

It’s amazing how bad Will Wade broke some people

Idiot he set the program ahead so much, that he showed a Good Hungry Coach can do at a place like LSU in basketball at a football school. We got MM imo a great coach that will keep us on the track that WW had built. JJ and etc.., set it back.

Nice guy. Great recruiter. Average coach. Got caught. Fired. That simple
Posted on 5/5/22 at 11:59 am to SOCAL TIGER
An average coach doesn't guide a school who hasn't done shite in forever in basketball to a Sweet 16, R 32, two 1st round appearances (counting covid), and an NIT in a first year complete rebuild. That is 5 straight post season tournaments. So yeah "average"
Either way, Love you General, Starting to fall for you Coach McMahon DAMMIT

Keep us on track? MM inherited Mwani and Justice Williams from Wade. That is a disaster that has since been rebuilt.
