Will Wade - They count how many times each kid jumps

Wade said they count how many times each kid jumps off of each leg and they count how many times they land on each leg. He wants to make sure that none of the guys have too much impact/stress on their legs.
This dudes attention to detail is incredible. Some dudes just refuse to be ordinary.

you seriously think Sean Payton would wasted time on something like this? that's not attention to detail, its waste of precious time. Have some low level physical ed assistant do that as a study if he wants and report back his conclusions if you have time to even listen to it.

Have you ever seen Sean Payton coach route trees? I saw him lose his fuching mind on Willie Snead in a video because Willie when 5-1/4 yards not 5.
Obviously Wade isn’t sitting there with a clipboard counting it. He has an assistant track the data and he analyzes it.
If you think his attention to detail isn’t the driving force behind what makes him great, then you’re not paying attention.

No personality wise, but the way he approaches the game, Will Wade reminds me off Aranda.
Innovative thinking, attention to detail. Obviously personality wise, very different. But you could classify both of them as obsessive about their sport.

If wade can build on this roster he has right now in the coming years this guy will have us in final fours. The coaching and talent is pretty much there this season in my opinion. We just do not have the experiance to be considered a team on that level yet.
