It's comical on the outside, but just think what he has to go through emotionally every day. He's probably starting to truly see the end might be near. I hope he finds peace in knowing he tried his best and he still has 2019.

I doubt he’s serious, but he 100% implied he’d get rid of the guy’s body.
I’m not going to lose any sleep over it, but he’s the highest paid employee in this state - you can’t say that kind of stuff in his position.
