Agreed. The more I think about it, the less confident I am about LSU's coming out of there victorious. With our pass-protect issues, the noise at Kyle Field could be a huge problem for us.

I do not think Ed can outcoach Jimbo.
This is a loss, I think, for this year.

Fulton being out is worth 7 pts IMO.

They want this game bad. i know the fans do.

Jimbo knows that beating us would be huge for that program. Hold on to your butts...

I hope we beat them just so I can post “Texas A8M” over and over.

Unfortunately, I have to agree. aTm has an excellent run defense so LSU will have to get most of their yards through the air. It will depend on whether or not the O-line can provide decent protection for Burrow, and I think that's a BIG question mark.

You mean the SECs leading rusher? I think he will be able to do something. Hopefully we can contain him enough. Y’all are seriously underestimating Texas A&M. This isn’t the aggies of the last 7 years.

It’s an L, I’m afraid. We have no offense.

After the way they handled OM and we fricked up against ArkKansas

I’d say yes by 3.5

another idiotic post. You haven’t watched their games or seen us get gashed against good backs like Holyfield. You must blindly support O because you want us to stay mediocre. Aggie in disguise....

LSU -3 seems about right

Talk about catastrophe syndrome...people convinced we’ve already lost to a 4 loss team that lucked out against ole miss and might not even beat UAB.

it matters not how good their rush defense is. the key is do they have a pass rush? and how is their secondary?

if they can't rush we can throw. if we can throw, we'll be able to run.

Their secondary is awful. Think Etling tossing 300 on them. Their front 7 is much better though and I don’t see us having the success we’ve had running the ball in recent meetings. If we can get that short/medium passing game to click again we’ll be fine.

They’re more of a running team. We’re banged up in the secondary but if we contain the run we’ll be good. Aranda’s D usually feasts on QBs like Mond.

LSU -6

Not sure of our injury situation but assuming relative health post Riice, I’d expect a line vascilating between -5 to -6.5 (I.e. LSU favored by 5 -6.5 points)

Jesus H. Christ the amount of appreciation (or rather lack thereof) for what this team, (including the coaches) has accomplished,is mind blowing. I wanna beat Bama as bad as the next guy, but a whitewashing of then number 2 Georgia was pretty damn sweet. Not to mention no. 8 Miami; no. 6 Auburn; no. 19 Miss State and even Ole Miss and Arkansas.
And the compulsion with the Final set of downs. The slide at the 8 was the right move with 1 minute + on the clock. The attempt to score with 20-30 seconds a whole different animal given they need a full drive probably an an onside kick which at best, mighta got them the ball with 10 seconds on the clock. But it was a fluid situation changing with each tick of the clock and although the V formation from the 8 was the better call, big fukn deal.
If Bobby Petrino were the Coach, then Ida rammed it down there throat. But why try to run up the score on a young team, for know reason other than to give them locker room material for future years when they eventually develop into a contender!
