Will TAMU be favored at home...

My guess is no, but the line won’t be anymore than 2.5 or so...

It will be a close game. I won't be surprised to see it as a pick'em game or only a 2-point spread.

I think ESPN’s FPI predictor is complete garbage, but worth noting that they give aTm a 57.3% chance of beating us.

It’s a bad matchup for LSU. They have a good run defense and against our Oline they could feast. We have to play great in the pass game to put up enough points to win.

Living amongst the Aggott faithful, I can tell you for sure they will be yoked up to beat us. They will bring their crowd and the team will play with fire. They want to beat us really bad. I think Jimbo does as well. I dont like our chances with no offense and a banged up secondary.

It’s not a bad matchup for LSU...their qb is turnover prone. Their run game isn’t going to be able to do anything against us.
We will have short fields against a shotty pass D.
The real worry is E scheming to aggressively attack it. Luckily he has owned A&M due to his vestment in the series working for both schools so always see the best of him in that game.

Chances the Aggies lose to UAB this week?
I say almost 50/50 for a few reasons.
1. Aggies have been on the upside or downside of close games for weeks
2. UAB is a 1 loss team... they are a lot like Troy... they can beat FBS teams on their home field.
3. Aggies are hungry for a chance to beat LSU ... and they could well overlook UAB.
Regardless of the outcome this week in Aggieland, I think the LSU game is LSU favored by 1 - 3 points.

I graduated from LSU in 1972 and have an MBA from Rice in 1982. I like the Aggies in this game because of the match-up just like the Arky match-Up was bad.
