They aren't buying out Reggie's yet but they are expanding and adding a 3 level multi million dollar beer garden/outdoor area where there tent usually is.

It's definitely been in the works for a while. I first saw the plans/renderings of it probably 2 years ago. Not quite sure what the holdup is. We know they've got the money, maybe waiting for a less busy time of year?

Updated construction cost increase has put it on hold at the moment.
When it appraises for X and the bank approves X, it's fine, but when it still appraises for X (post covid) and construction costs are now projected at X + a few million, it tends to put a damper on things.
