That was the best! Leftovers from the day before on the recliner watching the tigers and hogs! That’s nostalgia.
I can see how the day after Thanksgiving is a pain in the arse for the big tailgating crews but it's such a perfect time spot for watching at home. Thanksgiving brings in all sorts of old friends from out of town. Thursday was for turkey and family, Friday afternoon was football, beer, and burgers at my house. I hope it makes a comeback.

It’s only once every other year. Those tailgating crews can get over it.
2:30 on Friday is definitely better than competing with the numerous rivalry games on that Saturday.

Actually, northwest Arkansas can be really nice in late November. True football weather! But I will agree agree that on some days you can freeze you booty off. By the way, most of the hogs that live around me are much more excited about LSU than they are Missouri.

It also wouldn’t bother me if it moved back to Black Friday. But I understand why the coaches hated that
