The reason for those 90% is that very few other programs have the elite talent, facilities, and other resources that allow them to compete for titles most every year. Ohio State has that. LSU has that. A handful of others do too.
We just want our program to be as good as possible, given all the pieces we have. And we're just not doing that now.
Note that I haven't been comparing Miles to Meyer this morning - I'm just responding to your post.

Becuz Les does not burn his players in college. He keeps them fresh and healthy for their real career.

Cardale jones was a three star. I don't think you get the concept of development and the issues les has with the qb position

But I can guarantee OSU won't be playing for an NC every year....regardless of how great Urban is.
