Would like to know the real story, can’t tell me Kelly didn’t know the problems, didn’t know what’s up with Nuss, and still stuck with him…

If his contract weren't so ridiculous, I think a 7 win season gets him canned. As it stands, he's good through next year. Minimum.

Were going 8-4 im afraid.

It’s wild how poor performance doesn’t classify as “cause” in the coaching world.

Aye. That was kind of my point.

Woody just hands out these contracts at every stop. He's done it here with BK and McBouncy - 10 and 7 years.

LSU has a decent amount of money - not the highest - but enough to be very competitive in the changing landscape. However, Woody thinks it's all a printing press. I'm old enough to have seen the Joe Dean and the Woody.

I agree with you for sure. Contract was absurd. He's gonna finish with a worse winning percentage than Les. Who was fired mid season mind you.

Because he is smart enough to figure out how to sue the school for breach of contract if they don’t.

They will pay him for a long time regardless. Do I need to get Paul Allen in here to teach you how contracts work?

To the OP:
1. How much are you willing to donate for his buyout as well as the assistance coaches?
2. After we fire him, then what? You got some candidates in mind that are actually available?

You do realize that nothing he said was a fact, correct?

Saying the offense can't get fixed is an opinion.

Saying this team is a 3 or 4 loss team is current an opinion.

Not saying I disagree.... im just saying that those aren't facts.

It has been plain and clear that he cannot coach championship level football for a minimum of two years now. He’s lucky as shite to have won the games he’s won. This son of a bitch is ruining football season after football season for LSU. How much longer does this shite show last?
It's always good to have vivid reminders of just how stupid and ignorant many LSU fans are.

You do realize that Miles is the most accomplished coach in lsu history correct?
For all the hate he gets,AT LSU , he has the same amount of top 5 finishes as Dietzel, Mac, and Saban COMBINED.

Sadly, being a rotten coach does not constitute “cause”. He is, at this level of competition, a rotten coach.

You all act like great coaches are just lined up for coaching LSU.

Because finishing with a worse record than the most accomplished coach in program history isn't a failure as a HC.

Did you see the post I responded to?

I did not. I think there is a good chance this team’s record will be Kelly’s worst at LSU. If the offense remains moribund I predict 7-5 at best.
