Dude I hope you’re just trolling. Do you really think it’s normal that an assistant coach gets paid almost as much as the head coach because the head coach can’t coach and the assistant coach is more valueable than the head coach? And now the AD giving said head coach an extension? This is a joke.

Skip met with Saban when word came out about the Dolphins wanting him. Skip asked Nick if it was a money issue because if it was a money issue, he would go to the BoS and fix what needed fixing.
Nick told him no it was the challenge of being an NFL coach that interested him.
That account of their conversation has been repeated by both Skip and Saban.

Herman was never coming here. The guy went to Texas for a masters. Was a GA at Texas. Coached at other places in Texas. Once Strong was fired it was over.

How can you say he put his foot down with the Florida fiasco. We had to play them on their home field two years in a row. I would agree with you if he would have held his ground and made them come to our stadium like what happened when the South Carolina game was moved to Baton Rouge and Carolina was awarded all proceeds except what it cost to have that game here. Also LSU had people donating and Fournette auctioned his jersey and gave the proceeds to them.
