Agreed, I expect at least 11 wins this season, and a SECC or playoff appearance.

What if we go 11-1 and that loss is to Bama...and we don’t go to the SECC or get a playoff appearance?

You don't have to win the division to go to the playoffs.

I didn’t say you had to, just framing my question. I’ll edit slightly.

The green boy above you said two 9-3 seasons gets him fired

If he loses 3 games to any combination of Saban, Mullen, Jimbo, and Herman . . . . he aint coming back

You think that would be a "huge disappointment"?

If we beat Bama and lose the West because we couldn’t beat Ole Miss I’ll be ready to fire fricking everybody and probably burn some shite to the ground

If we didn't lose to UF and A&M last year, we absolutely would have been in.

It's basically now or never for O. He has to perform well with this team now that he finally has his guys ready to go. This year is huge

How would you know LSU has to win the west to make the playoff? We haven’t come close to winning the west or making the playoff since it was invented.

I’ve been an O supporter, not right when he was hired, but I have started to get onto the train. If he goes any worse than 10-2 regular season, he definitely should be on the hot seat

This is me. I'm a little slower to step onto the train and I only have one foot on. Had he not orchestrated the Canada debacle and kept Ensminger then I would be fully on board the train blowing the whistle.

I've got Alabama penciled in as an L but with this team he should only have one other L. Like a Texas, Florida, A&M or a bowl loss. If by some miracle they beat Alabama then they better not lose any other game except SEC Championship and a good Bowl team.

Either way, two losses max.

That Coach O and his team go out there and give it their best shot and have fun while they're doing it!

That might entertain Coach O and the players but that sure as hell doesnt entertain the fans that pay his paycheck and provide all those nice facilities and support for the players.

We lose to Fl and Ole Piss and he's happy!! The Bama obsession is strong with this one.

Then good try, but still not a successful season. Win the division or get in the playoff. Nothing less should be acceptable in his third (essentially fourth) year.

GTFO with this nonsense.

Saban won the SEC in his second year, won the NC in his third year. You think he did that all off of talent? In two seasons he was able to amass more talent than any other team in the damn country? Fricking tired of the excuses.

One loss to bama and that’s the only loss? we would have been in over Notre Dame 100% and maybe even OU.

The guy he has to beat? Yeah.

You have guys on here that say Saban has done what he's done off of talent, right? Well he got it in two years. Two recruiting classes.

My point is he has had enough time. Get it done.
