Not even a minute into this video and you will have the answer . Once again, O is proving he's better than Les by not squandering talent. A kid this special and with the IQ he has shouldn't rot away on the bench his first year . He's a playmaker .

Les can't even get a job as a TV analyst.

Either he is that good which I know he is or our other receivers are just not polished enough at the slot or it could be that Gage is the only true slot receiver we have. This kid will blow up!

He's also a matchup nightmare in the slot. Chark -6'3 burner best wideout= best corner
Gage-Really speedy, great routes=2nd corner
Drake- 6'4 speed/red zone threat=big corner or safety

Now throw in Stevens who is 6'2 212lbs . You're either playing a linebacker on him or an undersized corner back who won't be able to handle his physicality.

STAHP

Wasn't Mo like a 3 star WR that they turned into a Top 10 draft pick at DB?

Well of course the LSU 247 page is going to have him as corner, thats what he played at LSU. Rivals during his recruiting had him as an Athlete, but there was definitely plans of him playing WR originally. I member clearly.

He was more of an offensive player in high school and was a QB his senior year. He spent one day as a receiver in his first camp before moving to corner.

ETA - the point is, Miles moved plenty of players to different positions where they were successful. Don't know why we have to start a positive thread with negativity toward someone who isn't even here.

It's unlikely he'll play a ton on offense this year as well so your point is kind of retarded.

It doesn't even look like she's trying on half those TD's. It's like he's jogging. Then you realize he is because when you see him sprint you think Holy shite

I think it says more about Delpit/Harris than Stevens. More than any other position, LSU is loaded at Safety. You generally only play 2 (sometimes 3) at any given time. If Harris and Delpit are good enough to get on the field immediately and you have older players: Paris, Monroe, Lewis, who may be good as well, why let Stevens just sit the bench?

This is a new offense where WR's may actually be allowed to make plays vs. running the same 3 deep "safe" routes. If I'm the OC if you can make plays in space, you can get on the field. Maybe Stevens can do that.

Russell Shepard and Copeland would probably be a better examples of Les changing a player's position to utilize talent.

He reminds me of Amari Cooper. Not quite as fast as Cooper, but similar body control and fluidity.

I am thinking a faster and taller Anquon Bolden looking at him at WR.

Of course you get upvotes, but this is not unusual, and the defense would be in nickle against it.

You have listed 4 receivers that literally no one has heard of outside of La.

He was a freak athlete in high school that made plays in every unit. People figured he would best serve as a safety with his size and athleticism, but it's now obvious his calling is offense. He was a standout player at the all American practices before getting hurt and guess which position they played him at? He's a 5* ATHLETE, as long as he is on the field we are not wasting his talent
