Kirby Smart has never impressed me as an all-around HC at Georgia.

There are no national ranking yet. The "College Football Playoff" doesn't put out bullshite numbers this early when there is little to go on. We and all other football programs are currenlty unranked.

Rankings are turning into a joke. Instead of ranking the teams based on what they have seen, teams are being ranked based on where someone thinks they will finish the season just so someone can brag about being right.

Easy, they were a safer pick to rank higher at the start of the season because of coaching and players that were already in place and they haven’t disappointed. LSU on the other hand is showing the world a whole new system and it just takes time to see if it’s consistent enough. Also allowing an opposing qb over 400 yards passing does not equate to elite status.

Doesn't really matter anyway. Only thing that matters is the committee rankings.
