Burrow was brought in because we didn’t have a QB that was SEC ready. The Staff gave the other guys a shot in the Spring, and they didn’t feel good about it. Burrow came in for the express purpose to be the starter, and I’m glad the Staff took drastic measures to make it happen. The fallout at QB was pretty much a certainty. I’m surprised it didn’t happen sooner. Time to move on with the guys on the roster. As soon as Burrow transferred in, he was the only option. How people didn’t see this is beyond me.

Possibly because the guy was still a RS Freshman and could of been good to have in a couple of years after Burrow leaves?

I am Surprised it’s Narcisse.

Because he is the one with the most elligable it’s left. This could frick Brennan because if he doesn’t RS he’s got 1 year left if Burrow stays 2.

No one should be surprised. Let’s just be happy that we kept Brennan.

Exactly. That anyone thought for a moment the head coach could better manage the situation was ridiculous

No argument from me. He would have been good to have around, but that was his choice. People don’t start or stick around in major college football because it “might” work out. They’re looking for certainty.

You still need a 3rd QB. If Narcisse leaves we don't have a good one.

Please dictate what O could have done better to keep Narcisse and McMillan than he did? I’ll wait.

The fact that McMillan stayed until now was a shocker.

Narcisse was promised playing time this year and transferred anyway

The head coach is the one who went out and secured a game ready QB.

People continued to believe O's lies about the QBs being even, even after we got Burrow.

The second the spring game ended O was on the phones trying to find another QB. Can't listen to what O says, watch what he does. Burrow is his guy, there was zero chance the starter was ever going to be anyone but Burrow once we landed him.

That’s what I don’t get. Everyone knew the loser was gonna transfer.

Just about every other major program in the country keeps 3 scholarship QBs on the roster at all times.

I love how that's just too much to expect of Edward's LSU Tigers though.

Narcisse has 4 yrs of eligibility left. McMillan transferring I can understand. But having only 2 scholarship QB’s is playing a dangerous game. I believe in Burrow and hope he’s the star we need these next 2 years.

Obviously he could have done a lot more in the way of communicating with them. They both obviously feel shat on. Part of the head coach's job is to manage people. Eaux sucks at that in case you haven't noticed

Agree. Brennan has the capability to be a great quarterback. I’m glad he’s staying.
