His o-line is not very good.
This ...but also because LF doesn’t see the field and react well. I can think of countless times when Fournette, given an opportunity to make a cut, just chooses the wrong hole or space. He’s just not very good or instinctive about Sticking his foot in the ground and cutting to the open crease or space.
He has the speed, power and athleticism.
Then again Leonard plays for a shitty franchise and in a shitty scheme..
At least Chark is developing.

I think the lack of a qb has alot to do with it. He has never had one in college or the pros

Dalvin Cook really hasn't outplayed Fournette he has one solid year.

He got bit by the Jamarcus Russell bug. Thought he was too good for the NFL coming out of LSU. He was wrong.

1152 yards rushing. 522 yards receiving.
1674 total.
D Henry had 1746 total yards.
LF is not nearly as bad as people are saying.

Just FYI
Derek Henry: 303 carries, 1,540 yards, 5.1 YPC
Leonard Fournette: 265 carries, 1,152 yards, 4.3 YPC
Dalvin Cook 250 carries, 1,135 yards, 4.5 YPC
Fournette had more rushing yards than Cook while running into a stacked box more than any running back in the NFL.

Henry sucked for several years. It helps when you get competent QB and line play.
I had Fournette in a dynasty league. I traded him away when Minsjew was completing 80% of his passes and Fournette was still nothing more than a 15 carries for 45 yds kinda RB.

Neither one of those backs have clearly outplayed LF. Explain how they have.

They are better than him. I liked Guise better at lsu
LF has have the same problem forever. His yards-per-carry look good on the surface until you realize it's like 18 crappy carries and two bombs
He's never been remotely reliable. And he rarely if ever makes something out of nothing.

Barry Sanders had atrociously bad o lines in Detroit and still performed.
Barry Sanders was a completely different type of Running Back. LF is a power back and needs a good offensive line to create some lanes. Sanders was not that kind of back. Sanders is in the Hall of Fame for a very good reason

Bad OL, mostly bad QB play.
But also they were mostly only using him on running downs so teams were selling out to stop him. He’s been used more in the passing game this year and I think that’s partially why he had his beat season.

There’s always exceptions, but yours is arguably the best RB of all time.

So far the comparisons to AP are laughable. His career is still young though, but I don’t see him being anywhere close to what AP was in his prime.

If you watched Henry and Cook in their playoff games this weekend and think LF is on the same level as them then you are blinded by p & g glasses. Nobody who analyzes it without bias would think otherwise

That’s my point. The OP claimed that Fournette hasn’t performed at the same level as Henry or Cook. He has. He’s just on a worse team.
