No he wasn’t. They didn’t start looking at him as a two way guy until they saw how he was hitting in Legion ball the summer before he got on campus. Well after he signed. He was recruited as a pitcher.

Initially okay. But it was known by the staff well before February that he “could” play infield. PM didn’t know.

Rinse and repeat every year.

Muh early, muh lineup changes, muh cold weather, muh midweek games are meaningless, muh you don’t know baseball, muh you want to fire everyone, muh who you gonna replace Pawl with, muh you can’t win it all every year, muh wait til next year.
