It's actually Joe Burrow. If you'll notice, most announcers - correctly - understand that both his first and last must be said every time.

I think they know it but are just so excited to post really quickly that they spell it however they initially think and dont care to research and make sure they are spelling it correctly.

Last year, even the SEC got his name wrong.

OSU beat writer at the time Bill Landis attended SEC media days and tweeted a picture of a sign from there that listed LSU QB: Joe Burrows.

I don't have Twitter so I can't search for it but it's on there.

Blame the SEC for getting his name wrong and confusing everyone.
