Yes, you can still contract and spread it if you are vaccinated, however you are significantly less likely to do so.

Also, one of the main goals right now is to reduce hospitalizations which the vaccine is incredibly efficient at. The cases being admited and dying in the hospitals right now are unvaccinated.

less likely to contract and spread = logical
reduce hospitalizations = logical

Again, LSU isnt mandating vaccinations for entry. You dont want the shot, just go test. Why is this so hard?

LSU will be fine without 1000 trailer trash anti vaxx sidewalk fans.

The crowd will be much classier without the anti-vaxxers.

Finally we have a good solution to keeping the riff raff out of tiger stadium

because it's not a big deal to me. If lsu wants to require it it's pretty easy to comply or just not go. you dont HAVE to go to a damn football game.

LSU is going to lose a lot of money off this and LSU and the State deserve to have an egg in their face. I bet Texas, MS, Alabama schools don’t require this bullshite.

It doesnt make you anti Vax to be wary of a shot that is not a vaccine in the general understood sense and has not been widely tested or distributed for years to see short term and long term side effects.

I'm also still waiting on someone to refute my argument based on the example of thousands of people packing baseball stadiums for months and no vaccine or negative test being required from what I recall. I'm sure that will change.

They just want to be able to do what they want, and will do whatever they're told to be able to get what they want. They don't care about all of the people who lost their livelihoods in the last year and a half because of this arbitrary BS, so they won't fight against anything that makes their lives TEMPORARILY a little less convenient.

Look, this is just silly. Go look at the history of vaccines in this country, and you'll find that vaccine campaigns and requirements have been happening for a long time. If you enroll your child in school, you will be required to give their shot records. If you take a flight to a country like Uganda, you'll have to show your shot records before you ever get on the plane. You can't even pick up tickets from Will Call without showing your drivers license. These are not the overlords trying to force the "sheeple" into the next Holocaust. These are just a few requirements during a global pandemic to try to help mitigate the damage from a very contagious virus.

Does it sometimes feel arbitrary? Yes. Do the rules change from time to time? Yes. I think we can all expect a fair amount of changing the rules during the first few years of trying to get a handle on this thing. It's frustrating, but that doesn't mean it's some kind of New World Order trying to dismantle the fabric of society. Everybody just needs to chill out.

Doesnt have to be accepted. That is the rules they are setting. Either you go to the game or you dont. Thats your call. If you choose to go you know the expectations.

Just the anti-vaxx segment. All Anti-vaxxers are uneducated trash and make our fanbase look bad. Have you ever met a smart anti-vaxxer before?

If you’re too big of a crybaby pussy to get a shot, you’re welcome to stay at home

Antibodies don’t mean you are immune and it’s currently not known whether they will protect you from getting it again or how long that protection lasts.

I know someone that had COVID at the end of last year, opted not to get the shot when it became available to healthcare workers and got COVID again in April.
