You mentioned Gawain Dibetta; his was among the first names I remember John Ferguson calling on the radio, along with Jimmy Dousay, Trigger Allen, Sammy Grezaffi, Allen Shorey, Nelson Stokely, Mike Duhon, Tommy Morel…yep, i’m old.

Devin White- didn’t have to play in the bowl game risked millions played for the guy next to him. Devin converted from rb to Lb and was arguably the best to ever play the position at lsu. Rather than ride around on 29 inch rims he rocked a horse, elite athlete and role model!

Ron Sancho...he did not look like a football player.....until he played. Had " football" speed and always seemed to be in making the tackle.
