not to mention the strength coach and DB coach he didn't retain
I have said that since the day Kelly fired him, and then I listened to the rave reports by past players who worked out under his guidance.
Then I witnessed how our linemen were being pushed around. Couldn't gain a foot if the game depended on it, with two 1st round draft choices in the O Line.

I don’t think that’s true
Bottom line built ND up for 12 years
We do not have 12 years in this era of CFB
20 big boy programs want to win big also…
Nil has changed everything

Hey bud, I don’t want to dox myself but I work in the athletic department and we use to be pretty tight back in the day. We desperately need you to push the guys from the 2019 team to open their wallets and donate to their alma mater. We need ALL former players who are able to give back. NIL funds are drying up fast and we need all the help we can get. It’s going to be another heavy portal class this offseason but this year we’ll be QB shopping.
Look at this lame a-hole trying to hit up former players to cover for their failures by helping to buy more players.
This is what is wrong with this program from the AD down. They just want your money to cover their ineptness. Stop giving money to these assholes.

Pumptard Mediocrity Lovers will lose their fricking minds over this thread.

Agree with everything you said, however....
The part about former players not able to work out with current players.
Could that be because of a former player like say, Ryan Clark, getting in the player's ears about race and social justice instead of football?

I mean we're still going to need that money even if we get rid of Kelly.

Looking forward to see what you can do for the program! I’ll get in touch with you through back channels.
Hope you and your family are doing well!
I told y'all LSU doesn't have the money to fire Kelly NOW, get a decent team from the portal NEXT YEAR, pay for a new Coach NOW.
Y'all act like half of the Alumni have Todd Graves money.

I'm not little guy.
You are trying to. You spent three pages telling a former player to be consistent about calling coaches out and was wrong the whole time.

When BK was hired it was the best possible hire that could’ve been made that offseason
I’d partially agree here, I think he was a good hire at the time considering what was available. We shouldn’t have given him the contract we did though.
But like Breiden mentioned, the culture he’s installed is inexcusable and soft. He’s gotta go.
Posted on 10/19/25 at 3:10 pm to Vitus
Like all Woodys mistakes the contract was way worse than the hire.

So the last admin had to step in and hire coordinators for the HC because of stubbornness. Aranda for Miles and Canada for O. I know everyone hates Canada but O wasn’t going to hire anybody so the admin was forced is the point. Can Woody do that to Kelly? Thats the only way we’re gonna improve
I posted this the other day. Only hope is that the boosters/woody tell kelly to hire a real oc with some balls and knows what he is doing.

That post makes sense. It’s the same thing T Bob Hebert was saying the culture around the LSU football program is soft and basically shite whether it’s BF or not that was one hell of a post that probably summed everything up.
God, let’s hope that the money makers come through and in this nightmare
