Maybe one day you will grow up and realize the grass isn't greener elsewhere. You are missing enjoying Miles now. Quit dreaming about the "perfect" coach. He doesn't exist except in your head.

Bad decision. In the epilogue of the final episode, it stated that after he retired the Breakers hire Dauber and won back to back Super Bowls. Therein lies the correct answer to this question...

Dauber would be awesome. Can we get him as an OC?

The Miles/Dauber combo would make speaking engagements comedy gold.

I don't think there is anything wrong with wondering who people think the best coach for LSU (without any restrictions) would be. It isn't insulting to Miles, nor does it mean that coondaddy21 doesn't support Miles completely.

And, I think that anyone that think that without any restrictions, Les Miles is the best coach in the world, they are retarded. He's the best coach that we could have at this moment. But, that doesn't make him the only one who can win here or the perfect coach.

Not really.

One of the best certainly but not the best. What variables are you referencing when evaluating best ever. The reason I ask is because Bear Bryant had like 5-6 undefeated seasons, 10 SEC titles, and 6 Nattys. Saban has 1 undefeated season, 3 SEC titles, and 3 Nattys (2 Legitimately). Plus, you have to always keep in mind the Nattys in any era are subjective and nothing more than opinion since they are never decided on the field. The Conference title is more of a gauge due to the round robin format. Saban won't touch 5-6 undefeated seasons btw.

Mine would have to be Les Miles! Dude is intense and has been successful at every stop. You can tell his players respond well to him and he gets the most out of them.
