LSU played their arses off and Bama didn't. The LSU team that played Florida didn't play Bama...it was us at our best. So could we have beaten Bama, yeah and we probably should have. However, they turned it on when they needed to and finished...that's it...we could have pressed for the last minute and perhaps gotten beaten over the top...I'm sorry but I don't think we're settling for 11-2 minus 8 starters and all the distractions. A lesser team would look like Arkansas or Aurburn....no offense to Arkansas or Auburn

LSU Pride

I can honestly say I've never been more proud to be an LSU TIger fan. I'm currently stationed in Md and my wife wore her LSU hoodie (yeah I converted her from USCw) to the commissary today and she told me that everyone gave her compliments on the game LSU played...I have a really good feeling about the type of team we will become bc of this loss...and I have feeling the recruits at the game feel the same way...they saw that every other team rolled over to Bama, and we didn't, we rolled Bama for 59 minute (hats off to Bama)...take out the emotion and some losses aren't as bad as others...we have 2 losses and we're still #7...that's respect
Yesss! Great job Clay. I felt the exact same way when I saw the article and his picture on the cover. Although I love the picture and it's my iphone background now, I didn't understand "WHY" he was on the cover? It seemed like a stretch form the magazine, especially since he's no longer on the team...seemed like an ulterior motive...or maybe it's as simple as HB is still one of the biggest names in the game, albeit a game he doesn't play anymore, and he can sell magazines if on the cover. Like I said, it's a beautiful cover...
Welcome to the USAF, always glad to get a fellow Tiger Fan to join the Force...been in for 16 years and I've rep'd LSU all across the world...
Saw it, awesome! we need them in Tiger Stadium....proud fans!
"Just because someone doesn't believe in Les Miles doesn't mean that they don't love LSU.

I have lost faith in Miles but I still go to the games and cheer on the Tigers."

THIS!!! :geauxtigers:
Vintage all the way...I have the purple version, everyone wants one when they see it...

At marker 133, smooth on the atchafalaya bridge so far...
I'm in the Air Force and I'll be on Canal today representing for all the Armed Forces....Geaux Tigers
On our way...we're 4 deep...purple and gold
Trust in Les...Les recruits great kids, damn strong kids and I really didn't like that he and his Mom weren't on the same page on National TV...we grow safeties like Oaks in La...not a big deal LSU nation...loved his Mom's attitude BTW, Les should give her season tix.

LSU has the best hype videos in the country! I watch one of these before i work out to get amped up!
Great article...and I loved HB's suit, it was classic 7th Ward N.O., it was tyrannium, that's what allows him to reenter the earth's atmosphere without burning up...
Asked if it was a challenge, Les said it was an "enjoyment" to play them twice...Boss
Even more excited...it could not have been scripted any better. God willing, if we win the NC we would have beaten beaten Bama in Alabama and in Louisiana, in the same year...how exciting is that? Beating OSU in NO would have been a great win, but beating Bama on Jan 9 will be a victory for the ages...our players know what they're embarking on as well, even if we as fans don't always see it...
