Who would be a good comparison for Ja’Marr Chase?

I was trying to think of one earlier and I honestly couldn’t. He’s a rare type of receiver. I know we haven’t seen much of him but he definitely flashed first round potential last year.

Significant deep threat
Threat in the short/intermediate passing game
Great Route runner
Elite Hands
Good blocker
Great speed
And he just has that it factor

Who would you compare him to?

I can’t remember OBJ’s blocking, but he had all of the rest of your traits

Unless Chase broke in to get extra jug reps, he's not OBJ.

Lazy comp. Jerry Jeudy is more OBJ-like than Chase is. I'll be honest, I can't think of a comp for Chase just yet but after a couple of games I'm sure I will.

his body type and play reminds me of Juju tbh. or maybe someone like Amari Cooper. none of them really have that tall lanky build like some WR's. and none of them are really tall at all. just nice 6'1 with a nice build

Keenan Allen. He's a little faster than Keenan though.

No way he's faster then Keenan. Maybe in the extreme top end but If he is then I know for a fact he's not as quick

Just watched the last two years of highlights for Keenan Allen and Chase is faster.

2017-2018 highlights - Youtube

2018-2019 highlights - Youtube

Also, KA clocked a 4.71 and 4.75 40 time at the combine if you needed more proof.
Article - Keenan Allen clocks 4.71 in 40; Mayock doesn't 'care'

But continue downvoting

I see him as a poor man's Terrell Owens. Hopefully without the diva mentality.
