What's also pathetic is you being so mad about people who posts facts about o
Facts are great, most are just your opinion and that doesn't line up with being a fan.
You're a Les fan more than LSU fan
After this season one of us will be happy, not both

the state of the program these past few years.
What’s the state of the program? You mean vastly exceeding expectations in 2018 after doing what Miles wouldn’t do in shitcanning an underperforming OC? Is that the state of affairs you were referring to?

He was brought here to compete for the sec and national titles. Thats the expectation. Not winning april.
BINGO!!!
While what he’s done recruiting this cycle is absolutely incredible, it’s all about what happens in the fall.
I was ready for Lea to be fired just as much as anybody and was glad when he got let go but not for an unproven HC with an atrocious record. For all of Les’ faults, his team had an identity. Tough as nails but antiquated offense. Dude won a lot of games and he gets a bad rap from a lot fans. He did a lot for LSU and actually won hardware. Grateful for his contributions but he had to go. When it’s all said and done he’ll likely be the most successful football coach at LSU.
When O took over he stated this wasn’t a “rebuild”. He was brought in to change the offense and have LSU playing for championships. Up to this point, he hasn’t met those expectations but this year will be his best shot.
I have a high hopes for this season but No quarter will be given if this team falters though. No more excuses. This is THE season he will be judged by. He’s a great opportunity to galvanize the fan base.
I definitely thought his hiring was a terrible idea and I’m still not completely sold that he knows what kind of offense he wants. Brady should help tremendously but we won’t know until the fall. He really has a chance to knock it out of the park this season. 11-1 should be expected considering what they have coming back. 10-2, meh, ok. If they go 9-3, 2020 may be a CFP appearance or bust. Enough with the “well next year” U. he needs to win big this season. Another 9-3 and he’ll be crucified because the he’s not exceeding the previous coaches record.

If any those 4 teams hadn't miraculously lost prior to the Seccg, it wouldn't have mattered. You don't have to reply because that's absolutely correct.
We also had the fortune of playing a 9-3 Tennessee team instead of a 10-2 Georgia team in the SECCG.
It doesn't matter because his point was that a 2-loss LSU could have sat at home during Conference championship weekend and then made the playoffs. This is a ridiculous sentiment coming off of a 29-0 home loss to one of the playoff teams.

The OC who showed a pulse against bama? That guy?

The program is in the exact same state it was between 2013-2015. Losing 3 games a season and not competing for the SEC.

Pretty sure Ensminger is still the OC.

Kinda what I want to know. Seems to be situated pretty well to me

9-4 2017 season, 10-3 2018 season . Third place finish in the west one year, tied for second one year, with a loss to the team we're tied with.
Not much better than what we were doing when Miles was here.
2019 looks promising. But nobody know until the games are played.

There’s not another coach in the country I’d rather have than O right now. He’s an awesome recruiter, the kids love him and he’s building a championship caliber team. What’s going to determine his fate is if he can get out of his on way.

Vastly exceeding expectations?
That's like the kid that'd get the Most Improved award in grade school. They don't give that award to good students.

I believe that’s called third.

What would you consider 8-5?
Seems considerably worse than "three losses"

I believe there is no tie breaker system for teams who fall 2-7 in the division and I also believe no one gives a damn (or rather they shouldn’t). It’s amazing how many people think something as arbitrary as this is so persuasive one way or another in an argument.

So was 9-4, yet you see me giving Orgeron credit for 3 loss seasons, don't you? 2013-2015 LSU averaged 3.67 losses. 2017-2018 LSU has averaged 3.5 losses.
So, like I said, same exact state.

0 had more than 3 losses one year too

You sit up here every day and define what a fan is supposed to be.
Who the hell made you the gatekeeper for LSU fandom?
You need to not take this stuff so seriously.
