Definitely Leslie. Pawl made the CWS 5 times. Leslie, was the most hard-headed man I’ve ever seen in my life.

It’s really mind blowing.

Relentless teenagers on this board. Complaining like a bunch of Karen’s.

IIRC that CC team had a handful of major leaguers on it.

Miles. Man had Juice and OBJ on the same team.

Those two guys are the only reason Mettenberger got to play in the NFL.

Slow that roll. Carolina was a MFing Juggernaut and won the CWS. Not only did they come out the Losers bracket in Omaha. They beat #1 Florida, #3TCU, #4Texas Tech and then beat
#7Arizona 2/3 for the title.
They played 8 fricking games in Omaha.

There is NO shame in the 2016 season.

The issue was that we weren’t as talented as who we were playing.

I mean We have 2 MLB starters in Gauseman and Nola and did what with them?

I see you've drawn a few "we had the most talent of any team" posters - even though LSU didn't have the "most talent."

Had similar LSU careers.
Followed a program builder.
Won a national championship.
Came close again.
Then let the program slide into mediocrity.

They were 47-13 combined in their careers. How were they wasted? Seems like a pretty good use of their talents to me.

They played together in 2012. And you can't blame Stony Brook on them.

In both cases teams won in spite of their coaches Paul & Les. Especially Les…

Miles had to deal with Urban Meyer for 6 years and Tebow then he gets Saban, who had coached at LSU and knew all the High School coaches.
2012 waa the worst loss of all for me. Ram for 100 threw for almost 300 with no turnovers and lost the game. That was the night, I realized we were witnessing something unprecedented in fking gumpland.

But what a shitty thread the day LSU gets eliminated.

Have some class.
