Who sues who now?

Is this dead? Will the two players sue LSU, the SEC, the NCAA? Does the SEC drop its federal court suit against LSU and Kiffin?
It’s good that the cloud is no longer hanging over LSU’s season, but I have to believe the two players are upset and still want to play somewhere.

The thing is it’s not just two players. I want to say I heard somewhere that it’s 11 players throughout the sec. The media just pretended LSU was the only ones doing this but they weren’t.

I think it's 9 players total. 2 went back to the NFL (ie Pyburn), two committed to LSU and five remain uncommitted.

Hopefully LSU made some kind of agreement with Wright and Harris so that we'll be left out of a future lawsuit.

Well a prelim TRO is violated, unless an agreement was made, like LSU and/or the SEC settling today for monetary damages. I’ll bet these guys were either paid or will sue LSU, SEC, and NCAA. Bet your arse LSU is gonna be passing the bill up the chain

First of all, LSU will respond to the SECs lawsuit. If they successfully argue that the SEC suit is deficient beyond simple mootness (because LSU didn't roster the players), there is a road for that suit to be dismissed with prejudice. This opens the door for them to be put on the roster later. Based on what the LA AG said Wednesday, this road is likely.
Otherwise, it gets dicey. The plaintiffs could file for contempt against LSU and/or the SEC. But getting a suit in federal court throw out because of a non-party is unlikely (no matter how strong or weak the complaint is).

LSU is waiting for other SEC teams to play similar TRO players first or until the SEC federal suit is dismissed. Smart play considering neither player has really practiced with team significantly yet and would not really contribute the first game.

I think the players sue LSU and the SEC for monetary losses. I think, if the SEC keeps their federal lawsuit (which they might) and loses (which they will) that LSU sues the league for reputational damages. And would likely win that.

NIL deals are worth 6 figures, maybe 7 depending on the player. LSU wasn't the only team initially to have signed guys, remember UCLA had someone. They knew what they would make, and that's gone now. If you were looking at making, say, 600k and someone arbitrarily decided you couldn't, you'd sue too, wouldn't you?
They have agents. Wright has Drew Rosenhaus. These agents have plans.
