Tari Eason is our leading scorer and is currently ranked 179th in PPG in the NCAA with 15.6 PPG. I thought Days would really step it up but it doesn’t seem he can be consistent.

Brandon Murray is probably the most natural scorer on the team. Him and Miller are going to be lethal next year

At the beginning of the season I thought it looked like Gaines would, but that’s proven not true. I’m hoping Reed will try to establish himself as a go to down low.

It's going to have to be murray, pinson, or days shooting 3s.

I do really like Murrays natural ability. With refining he can be really good.

I wonder the same thing. We need a clutch shooter on the perimeter and someone who can finish at the rim in traffic. Reid is too soft in the paint. I’m thoroughly enjoying this season but I worry about matchups come tourney time.

I would love to see Justice given a chance to get in a rhythm.

Murray is going to keep getting better. He has a gorgeous stroke; just needs to keep building reps

Days would be much more consistent if he didn't live and die by the three and mixed in more higher percentage shots.

Thinking about Gaines, Justice, Miller and Murray as our guards next year is just insane to think about. It’s crazy to think how good of a basketball program we have become in the past few years and how much better we are going to get. Love it

When college commentators talk about difference makers, the term used nowadays is “dude”.
Murray is a “dude”. He’s got the “it” factor.

If we had Miller this year, could have legit shot and ceiling for a natty. He's a difference maker. If Eason stays one more year, look out.

Murray is the guy we need to increase the shots for. Very fluid inside or out. Days could increase his 3 point percentage by 10% if he would STOP attempting any corner 3s. I cringe whenever he gets the ball in a corner cuz he’s gonna shoot and gonna miss. Great 3s from the sides and top of the key. Let him work on his corner on the practice court only.

I think days gets some confidence back and will be big, also a little hot and cold. But I think he got on track vs Kentucky.

But I also think Murray, Reid and Wilkinson are all going to step up as year progresses

Justice is young. He is a high school senior playing D1 college ball. With that said he is a natural scorer IMO. He just needs more playing time and maturity. He’s the type of player that could give this team 20 points in a game or two by the end of the season. He’ll breakout. It’s going to take some time for him to get used to the physicality of the college game.

Agreed. Reid is a rapidly improving center who will get this by season end. Wilkinson just needs to shoot more. Saw him take a beautiful line to the basket at Auburn which was a gimme but he turns around and kicks it out. I’m screaming at the tv What are you doing? Just shoot man! Gotta a decent 3 too. And Murray, just do what you do only more of it. BTFU!
