Henry

He can only go about 50 pitches anyway. Might as well pitch him the game where you can possibly build a big lead and then follow him up with a beck or Hilliard

Marceaux gave up 5 in 1.2 his last outing against them so probably not him.

I don’t see anyone but Walker throwing game 1.

If healthy I believe Henry is our best pitcher.

Exactly. If healthy. You're not starting Cole Henry in the most important game of the regional when he's thrown less than two innings in May.

Paul said he felt great after his last outing so I'm assuming he's healthy now. Marceaux has looked really good too. Honestly, I don't think we could go wrong with either one.

Exactly, start with Henry game 1, let him go as long as he can, then marceaux and walker game 2-3

I would not throw Walker. His velocity is more in line with what Southern usually sees.

I would start Fontenot.

Being healthy and being stretched out are two different things

I don't think we'll get Southern. I think we'll get McNeese State as the 4. I think Southern will go to Mississippi State.

I pitch either walker or Marceaux game one.

The bullpen is the biggest strength of this team and I think you have a greater chance of saving the pen with those two guys opposed to Henry.

That being said, I’m not seeing Henry every day maybe his stamina is back and if that’s the case then he’s our ace and should pitch game two.

In no scenario do I want Henry throwing game 1

I'd be shocked if it's not Walker game 1 and Marceaux game 2.

If we draw southern, and its walker, he will need to be on his game to avoid giving up multiple runs. Southern can swing the sticks really well this year.
Top 15 in the country in BA, scoring, runs, hits, obp, and stolen bases

I think our best pitcher will be Marceaux next year if all are healthy but it should be fun finding out. Hill is a monster as well.

we wont play Southern, so predicting a midweek pitcher a year from now doesnt make sense.
