"Hey Jefferson, take a seat."

"Oh we are down late in the fourth quarter on possibly our last real drive, let's NOT punt"

"Oh look, they've playactioned us 50 times this game. Maybe I should be aware of playaction passes"

"Hey Hillard, I think we are going to try and get you more carries"

"Hey we are down 2 scores late in the game and our running game is sucking. hmmm, 5 wide."

Well, damn. I had no idea that so many TD posters had experience as college football HCs.

There are some truly sad, but mildly amusing people that post here.

I don't think I could because I'm not a coach. That's just silly.

But that doesn't mean you can't acknowledge that he did a poor job.

I couldn't do a better job of QBing the team than Jordan Jefferson but that doesn't mean that he's awesome. That means that I'm not a QB.

What's your point here?

LSU PATRICK.

No, I grew up in a coaching family be the first to agree with u, but Honestly u cant tell me les made any adjustments during the game.
we ran the same stuff over an over. 92 yards total offense.
nothing changed on the offensive side. I believe that I could of ran a better offense then that.

100% Miles Fault.

I'd say the playcalling was worse than JJ's performance.

I'd say they were a synergy of arse.

Both fed into the suck of the other. And the OL did nobody any favors.

I can't disagree with the disappointment Tiger fans are feeling nor the levelheaded criticism of Miles and some of the players, but A LOT of the criticism is ranging from over the top to sheer lunacy.

For starters, I would have given the ball to our best RB more then 5 times.

Let me ask you a question. Would you have put Warren Morris in against Miami in 1996, in the bottom of the 9th inning? How did that work out for LSU?

It doesn't matter if anyone else could've done better.

What's worth pointing out is that Miles could've done better if he'd removed his head from his lower-GI. He's shown himself to be a very good sideline coach at times, but that was a miserable performance.

I would have stopped running the option after I realized in the 2nd quarter that Alabama practiced defending it and were performing near perfectly.

Safteies were coming up making tackles on the option because they knew WE NEVER DO ANYTHING DIFFERENT. God forbid we throw out of the option. RS would have been a great option for a HB pass.

All things being equal, with the same talent and resources as Miles on Monday night... I'm 100% certain I could have generated more than 100 yards of offense and zero points.

Ain't THAT hard to do.

And I say this with the full knowledge that Miles knows more about football than I do. I could not have guided LSU to a 13-0 record and a BCS title game appearance.

But would I have made the same mistakes as Miles on Monday night? NO WAY.
