2, but his family seems to think he’ll be 1 and done. Hopefully he’ll stay for next year if Brennan starts this year.

My perfect scenario is that Jayden pushes Myles to his full potential and we get 2019 like offensive production out of Myles.

Jayden and Nuss then battle it out next year and get 2918 production out of Jayden.

Nuss and Howard then battle it out the following year and so on and so on.

I like that, but 2019 production isn’t happening any time soon.

Imo, Brennan is winning the Spring battle but that should be expected considering he has years of experience with the guys on the roster.

Daniels just got here and is trying to learn a new system and new players. It makes sense that he is behind at this point.

I think we won't really get a good read on the situation until the fall.

You think Nuss has a bigger arm than Myles? Look I like Nuss and the swagger he plays with reminds me a little of Burrow but as far as pure arm talent no QB on our roster including Nuss can flat out sling it like Myles can. He was gifted with a rocket launcher for a right arm. He’s also the clear vocal leader which is huge for the starting QB. Reports are Daniels is talented but he’s a very quiet guy and sticks to himself. My money is on Brennan starting our first game. He’s got an Aaron Rodgers level arm and can make every throw there is. With our WR talent I think he gives you the best chance to win. Daniels at Arizona State would automatically pull the ball and run if his first read wasn’t open and when he didn’t have Brandon Aiyuk to throw to he regressed dramatically. If Myles is recovered from the arm and abdominal injuries he’s your QB.

The interview with Cauble on AFR seemed to think it's Myles and not a very close race. Would have to relisten but it sounded like even Nuss is ahead of Daniels.

That guy was incredibly negative about almost everything except BTJ. Garbage interview

I personally think Nuss could be a dark horse in this competition. I think that he has more ability to create, and I am sure he is good with reads based on his father... Realistically Brennan probably takes your first snap, I just wouldnt overlook Nuss because of Daniels.

We don't really know enough to get an early read, but I'm confident that our staff will make the right choice. I think Jayden will start, but only because Denbrock likes mobile guys more. I just want whoever the staff thinks does the best.

And BTW, Shea Dixon was on Hunt and Hill this morning and said that the battle is even right now.
