It's almost got to be Henry to kick the season off. Whether or not he's still the Friday ace (I believe he will be) come conference play remains to be seen. But based on last season's performance, he's got to be the first horse you hitch your wagon to this season.
We should feel MUCH better about our pitching rotation than we did last year and it's gonna happen pretty early. There are some REALLY good pitchers that came in the same time as Henry that we didn't get to see much of because of injuries and such. I'd expect we see more of those guys working into rotations and fighting for weekend spots, which is great for LSU to have those guys competing through the early part of the season to lock down Saturday and Sunday. If they can just stay healthy, that bodes well for experience and availability come tournament time when we'll need more than three good starters. Plus, we've got a couple of lefties available that we can hopefully keep healthy through the season.
I'm really hoping pitching becomes an embarrassment of riches for this club.

Starting rotation should be...
Friday- Cole Henry
Saturday- Eric Walker
Sunday- Jaden Hill/Landon Marceaux
Need the pitching staff to stay healthy

I’ve been to scrimmages and a few practices. Lots of options lots

Barring a wave of injuries, pitching will be our team's strength this season. That bodes well.

If he’s healthy, then sure, it will be Cole. The only guy who has the stuff that could take that away is Jaden Hill.
