#1 = Andrew Whitworth
#2 = Kyle Williams
#3 = Patrick Peterson
#4 = Dwayne Bowe
#5 = LaRon Landry
Whitworth is one of the best LT's in the league and has started ever since being drafted in some capacity. He effectively made Andre Smith a RT...which always makes me smile.

It's Week 3. This thread is a bit premature.
why are you on it then?

It wouldn't hurt to help get a better idea but after 3 weeks idk how good stats are going to be for telling how multiple positions stack up against each other.

Jerry freakin' Rice said PP is the best defensive player in the league. Good enough for me.

Ryan Clark is not really close to the best we have in the league right now IMO.
PP7 is talented but hasn't accomplished nearly what Williams or Whitworth have. Ridley is in a similar boat, but he has only had one breakout game and it was against the worst rushing defense not from NOLA.
Bowe suffers alot from the lack of players in KC and still puts up stats comparable to any WR in the league. It's hard to argue with him being anything other than 3rd at this point if not higher. LaRon is more productive than Clark at this stage...both struggle in coverage and excel in hitting and run support. LaRon reacts quicker and is more athletic.

LSU is all over the NFL. Perry Riley and Kelvin Sheppard were tackling machines at LSU and continue to be with Washington and Buffalo now. And Early Doucett and Brandon Lafell have turned into solid possession type receivers with Arizona and Carolina respectively!

Doesn't really answer your question but Mo Claiborne will be the best of any current Tigers in the NFL.

And Bowe is putting up those stats with a shabby arse QB, just think if he had an All Pro QB throwing to him.

It'll be close with him and Pat Pete. In footballs equivalent to WAR, which to be fair isn't quite as precise as baseball's but still, PP was the most valuable non-QB in the whole league last year. And according to all the experts he's already improved 10x over from his abilities as a cover corner last year and is the biggest reason the cardinals defense has started as well as it has

It would be between Kyle Williams and Ryan Clark for the #1. Williams was a dominant nose tackle in the 3-4, even at an undersized 6'1 300 pounds. Now the Bills are playing the 4-3, which means he will probably do even better. They have a top ten defense, he's a big part of that.
Clark has steadily been one of the most consistent free safeties in the NFL. The Steelers are loaded, but they also have trouble playing teams without him. The rest of the Steelers wouldn't have the freedom to make as many plays if he wasn't patrolling the field
3rd place would be Dwayne Bowe. Easily a top 10 WR. The chiefs offense holds him back. Cassel is really overrated
