Hill if PM is gone

I think PM has already told him good luck and good bye. Hill didn't even use the team doc who is actually very good at TJ surgeries. Sounds like he didn't trust anyone within the program with this injury/rehab.

Milazzo is draft eligible but if he came back and hit 280 he might go a lot higher, his defense is legit
Travinski still has a ways to go defensively plus now the injury
Wyeth hasn't really shown much at this point
Will have to see how the draft shakes out with Moller and Jensen - the hope is you at least get one to come
Moller would be the best offensive option
Milazzo is still the best defensive option

Nope...who is on first.

I’m not sure you can go into next year with milazzo as your guy. If he is somehow on the team

The lineup will be legit next year
Doughty at 3rd
Thompson at SS
Simon and the Parkview player coming in will be an upgrade at 2B
Morgan back at 1B
OF potential to bring all of them back along any newcomers, it will be a logjam out there
Pitching starters will have to be figured out and the bullpen can't be much worse than it was this season

Why wouldn’t he be on the team?

Ty Floyd will be a really good starting pitcher for LSU and I think that starts next year
Maybe, but he is far from it right now. The guy is a hit machine right now. Has he successfully closed a game?

I feel like Money will come into his own and be a weekend guy. If not, I could definitely see him being a closer
What makes you think this? I see mediocre stuff. I’ll be pleasantly surprised if he is a reliable reliever next year.

LSU's pitching staff will have an unusual number of "unfortunate injuries" mostly with their top pitchers. Then CPM will pitch a guy coming off Major Surgery and sitting out an entire year and let him throw 120+ pitches in a single game.
Do you know how I know this? BECAUSE HE DID IT THIS YEAR!!

Who sat out last year due to injury and threw 120 pitches in a game this year?

What if they move Crews to catcher
If he can block and frame that would be an unbelievable move. He has a gun. And imagine having a catcher who could hit like that.

With all of the recent eligibility rule exemptions, can Hilliard come back?

He has the extra covid year if he chooses to use it.

Players are processed every year
He might be better suited to play in a lower tiered conference
Posted on 5/10/21 at 4:09 pm to Lester Earl
Milazzo will not be processed. And I don’t think he’s the type of kid that would leave on his. He’s a competitor
Posted on 5/10/21 at 4:10 pm to rob62
Tell us who he did that to Rob.
Posted on 5/10/21 at 4:15 pm to Naptime
Will let the new coach decide that
Posted on 5/10/21 at 4:18 pm to Lester Earl
Lester, he’s arguably one of the best throwing catchers in the country. Even if someone comes in and beats Milazzo out there is still a place for a guy like him on the roster and to get playing time.
