Now that it looks like we may be turning the corner back to relevance, hats off to those of us who stuck it out through the dog days of TJ and JJ to get here. There were some moments along the way, but for the better part of 10 years LSU basketball has been hard to watch.

For those who finally hopped on the bandwagon this week, welcome aboard. Time to throw out some names of the scoring, rebounding, and assist leaders for the Tigers since our the last time we took down UK at Rupp:

2010 - Tasmin Mitchell, Mitchell, Chris Bass
2011 - Ralston Turner, Storm Warren, Andre Stringer
2012 - Justin Hamilton, Hamilton, Anthony Hickey
2013 - Johnny O'Bryant, O'Bryant, Hickey
2014 - O'Bryant, Jordan Mickey, Hickey
2015 - Jarell Martin, Mickey, Tim Quartermann
2016 - Ben Simmons, Simmons, Simmons
2017 - Antonio Blakeney, Duop Reath, Skylar Mays
2018 - Tremont Waters, Aaron Epps, Waters

Hats off to these guys, most of them probably wont go down in LSU basketball history, but it's a good way to remember just how far along Wade has brought the program in the past two seasons.

JOB, Hickey, and Mickey were fun to watch.

I was there for all of those seasons. Some bright spots like the Ice Dome game, but a whole lot of shittiness.

Saw all of those guys in person. I've always enjoyed basketball games at the PMAC ever since I was a kid.

Went to LSU 2006-2010 and rarely missed games and got my season tickets in 2011.

This basketball is much more fun to watch than anything Ive had to endure.

I remember Magnum Rolle was supposed to lead us to the promise land. Then he transferred to La Tech and became a beast.

Bingo. Still pissed about that game. We didn’t have a FG for, what, the final 9 minutes of the game?

The main thing I remember about him was the Washington kid yelling "you can't guard me" in his face.

I liked Hickey but he took away from Stringer's playing time who I always thought was underrated. Shot over 40% on mostly deep threes. The problem was a backcourt with two 5'10" guys couldn't stop a soul on defense.

I wasn't there for the Justin Hamilton days, but I was there for the Stanley Roberts, Shaquille O'neal, Vernel Singleton, Wayne Simms, Geert Hammink, Harold Boudreaux, Clarence Ceasar days.

Does that count?
