Sure. LSU made this costly investment in 2024. You would hope he returns. I think it would be career suicide for him if he does not get another year of development.

and Milroe doesn't? Cam Ward? Beck? Those are the QBs that nuss is up against in the Draft. Milroe might be the worst, as only us can make him look like an all american.

I am, but only if he gets a new OC.

He will never develop under Sloan. His game planning is absolute garbage.

This I agree with, and I'm thinking that it happens. Sloan was way over his skiis this year.

He has alot to work on . Basic mechanics , footwork , throwing on the run , accuracy with the deep ball , going through progressions faster ( too many late throws nearly out of the endzone ).

Running Game + Decent C Bs equal Heisman Consideration for Nuss.

He is battling Beck to be the 4th QB off the board. Not sure he can improve on that. NFL scouts already see what he can do best. There is no guess work.

Better first year than both LSU1st year Joe Burrow and 4th year starter and LSU 1st year JD. Future is bright and experience should help plenty. Just need to get a couple WRs out the portal.

Nuss had some less than ideal games but not near as bad as 2022 Auburn, Arkansas and A&M.

The A&M game was easily worse this year. Oh and Jayden took his team to the SEC championship with a worse team overall

All stats point to any quarterback to have a big leap from year one starting to year two, so of course we expect him to be even better than this year.

Hopefully he will have a few blowouts that allow for Ricky and/or Hurley to get some snaps next year.
I still think Colin Hurley could be big time for LSU. I just hope he gets a shot.. I don’t mean in place of Nuss, I mean once Nuss goes pro.
