Someone mentioned Herman. I actually agree that he's still a good coach and could be successful here. Just don't think the optics are right for us to go that route.

I know a lot of people says he isn't coming out of retirement. But when he was at Boise State numerous AD's tried to steal him away from Boise State and failed. That is until Scott Woodward did it to bring him to Washington.
Hence, if anyone can coax him out of retirement, I believe Scott Woodward is the guy.
