No LSU RB list has any credibility if Faulk is not #1...
He holds the SEC record for total yardage in his college career...
Thats over Bo Jackson and Herschel Walker.

the guys I've seen over the last 20 yrs, just from a pure running standpoint
Collins (frick yo rules)
Faulk
Hill
Toefield
Alley B
much respect to Alexander, Dalton and Cannon, just going off who I saw do it.

and Jeremy Hill had the highest YPC in a single season of any back in the SEC history with 200 carries or more.
Quality> quantity. Hill>Faulk. Both were all world caliber.

I don't know if we have ever seen a man run with such reckless abandon with speed and punishing power to boot. Unbelievable talent.
Why? Why? Why?

Hilliard
Addai
D Davis
G James
H Williams
Faulk is off my list because he never produced vs a quality opponent. Got cheap yards vs Kentucky and other horrible defensive teams. He was more if an all purpose back. Still has my respect

BearHC got it. Taylor was a beast and the best of the 1-2 with Billy Cannon. Any list without Taylor should be thrown out.

I'm just amazed that people keep starting these threads. There will never be an agreement. What's the point? Just a reason to run up posts?
