This also likely means all white with the jersey and pants.

Call me an old man but I think we wear alternates too often. We have the best regular uniform combos in the sport. Just wear them

This. The white helmet looks like shite, and the all white looks like shite. None of the stripes match up.

We do alternates maybe 1-2 times a year, and that's only if you count white helmet with purple jerseys as an alternate.

Quit wearing alternate uniforms and trying to act like Oregon. Don’t hide behind, “but the players like it.” The players are want to stay out late, skip class, and show up right at the time of meetings but Brian Kelly ain’t about that. So why not explain what tradition and the beautiful uniforms we have mean.

Of course you would count them. We also wear those with white pants. If it’s not the usual white unis with gold pants & helmet and purple unis with gold pants & helmet then it’s an alternate

Take a deep breath and let it out slowly. Even tradition-rich Notre Dame wears alternates once or twice a year. And don't forget we wear the same unis on the road as at home, unlike every other school. 2-3 games with alternates still puts us in the same uniform for more games than any other team.
