Pretty sure that dudes name is Warren and he is from Florida. Think he lived in sterling on Burbank for a while. Remember seeing him at a few parties and hearing his story.

It was actually the first win at home against Alabama since 1969.

I was at that game. The mooning was a big momentum shifter for us. Seriously it was. Pretty sure the refs were negotiating over a call that had gone against us. You could see them looking up at the video monitor during their deliberations. The mooner does his thing, the call goes our way, and rest is history.

I remember being at this game. I was 11 years old. Great night. First time we had beaten Bama in Death Valley in 30years Believe we took the goal posts down as well.

I remember when the stadium was so loud that the ref blew the whistle and our players didn’t hear it and I think Trev Faulk or Bradie James hit Zow. We got called for late hit but the game changed after that in our favor.

Was there. Bama fans were thick in the crowd. Great time.

May be the first time instant replay was used in college football. Refs initially gave Alabama the ball after the muffed punt in the 4th quarter then gave it to LSU after watching the replay on the scoreboard.

Nick Saban actually thanked the streakers on his radio show the following week (not kidding) and said that seemed to wake up the crowd after a lull in things and he said after that the crowd was back fired up and LSU played better to bring home the W. That was a classic moment in Tige Stadium. Those dudes ran out there so nonchalant that security didn't even seem to notice until they were basically on the middle of the field.

This was one of the first LSU games I attended that I can really remember everything that happened. I have never forgotten that moment. One of the guys basically got arrested in my lap, we were sitting a few rows behind the bench.

This was my first LSU football game. It opened my eyes to how great college football is. I had little interest before.

I remember thinking the mooners were some official act. They looked goofy and had hard hats on. Then all of a sudden, they turned around and mooned the east side of the stadium.

I also remember watching students climbing on the goal posts. Somebody near us said they put Vaseline on them but I’m not sure how true that was.

Cops should have been called for a late hit. Dude was clearly out of bounds.

I met that guy at the Ole Miss game in Oxford the next week but I couldn’t tell you his name. I do remember he said whoever he had to see from LSU for discipline told him it was the funniest thing they had ever seen, just never do it again.

Yep. I was there as well.
If the refs would have not fixed that call I think there may have been a riot in the stadium.
