Max had some plays with guys open with time but didn’t throw it. He’s just not throwing it deep. Yes the oline is horrible and a lot of times he doesn’t have time. But that’s not every play.

Max's mobility was always a fiction.
The Rant made him out to be Johnny Manziel.
He is more mobile than Myles, but that doesn't say much.

our deep ball

Hard to even attempt this when our QB is constantly running for his life 2 seconds after the snap.

He's way ahead of Max.

We would still be 1-1. Defense is still struggling and we have the same offensive line.

We wouldn’t have that behind the back throw for one.

But he isn't, this statement is no different then when people thought TJ or Max would be.

We were all tricked into thinking it was just a qb issue. It's not. Brennan also isn't anything special, proof is in the pudding, he's been a bench rider for 4 years, sorry that doesn't translate into special

Well there was one miss I saw but there were 2 or 3 dropped tds also. One was from our best wideout which sucks because to win close games your best players have to make plays.

2-0. Myles would have easily not missed the TD throws to Palmer and Boutte. I also think his deep ball is better than Johnson.

Granted, our OL, running game, play calling on O&D is terrible but I think we would have squeaked by UCLA.

Obviously all what if but if 33 catches wide-open pass for TD does this alter momentum.

Sometimes one great play can shift momentum and change the trajectory of a game.

Who knows it's still a L.

We'd have 2 QB's with happy feet instead of 1.

The same place. However, the loss to UCLA would have been by a wider margin because not only is Myles exceedingly immobile but he also can't handle pressure.

Which is why he couldn't convert a third down or fourth down last year even if his life depended on it.

Not to mention that Myles would have also received the same piss poor QB coaching from Jake Peetz that Max did.

If anyone is going to pass up Max, it is Nuss. Nuss is by far the best QB on the team.

You're right. Myles would have been sacked.

You have it backwards

Look at the video of Myles I posted above. He moves in the pocket much better than Max, and steps up to AVOID pressure.

He's light years ahead. You're just repeating myths.

We'd still have a bad defense and terrible offensive line. 1-1.

You're right because Myles would have been sacked.
