Where would we be if Aranda was hired as HC?

I think we are sitting pretty at 4-0 with our offense light years better. Canada would not have been hired and there wouldn't be a HC to filter the game planning through for our offense.

Probably a quiet, pensive team that often reads Kierkegaard by the levees.

By default better. The dumber man became the boss and is ruining everything

In better shape compared to this dumpster fire, but still bad.

We have come too far to make a guy whos never coached as a HC the coach of LSU.

I am sure a better team, but not sure how he would handle the offensive line failures.

Impossible to answer, but at least I would have more hope. We know what we're getting with O. We have an example of his work. And based on reports, he's learned nothing from past mistakes.

Canada would make a better HC.

No way of knowing, but it would be hard to be much worse than losing to Troy and by 30 to Stats

Did we forfeit a game or something?

Better than hiring a guy who has proven suckage.

we would still be being gutted by weaker opponents and still have an inept offense

We have come too far to let the worst coach in Ole Miss history to be the HC of LSU sounds more appropriate.

I wish everyone would shut up about Aranda. He's not HC material on any level - and probably never will be. He just doesn't have that type of personality. Let it go.

Not sure.

Could "A" have a better o line? Seems like we have what we have because of JG and nothing more.

Could A have Key in shape? A healthy Alexander? A healthy Lawrence? A non-suspended Herron? If you think these 4 couldn't make us a whole lot better, well I can't explain it.

Better FG kicker? Special teams?

Nice try but that was not what I was thinking. I am dissatisfied with both coordinators and also the headcoach. But more with the coordinators.

We are going to find out IMHO. Promoting Aranda to HC is the easiest, fastest and most politically acceptable resolution to the problem.

Because it is the fast cheap and easy way out, I strongly believe that Alleva will take this action within a year or two.
