This isn't a question of what will Les now do. Simply put, where do you think Les will now hang his hat and make home? Money really isn't an option. He's got kids in Texas and North Carolina. Obviously he has roots in Ohio and Michigan. Where do you think Les ends up?

stays in Baton Rouge as his home.

I can't see him going back to Ohio or Michigan. His kids will only be at UNC, Nebraska, and Texas for college. I don't think he'll move somewhere neutral like Nashville or Orlando.

He's said multiple times BR is his family's home. No one is running him out of town.

I liked the suggestion of him taking over for Lee Corso. The "Mad Hatter" doing the mascot thing might work.

I know he has been great for BR and Louisiana. But...all is kids are out of HS, no? Why would he stay around in the town that fired him? Fall Saturday's would have to be BRUTAL for him don't you think?

Gerry Dinardo stayed in BR a few years

then he got a job with XFL in Birmingham, then Indiana, now big 10 network

I could be wrong, but I want to say Gerry was actually a high school substitute teacher briefly in BR

Dale Brown still lives here. If Miles keeps coaching, which I think he will obviously he would move but I believe he would be a great commentator and if that would be his gig I'd believe he would stay.

I think he genuinely loves it in Baton Rouge. I'm guessing he'll stay in BR.

I would like for him to retire and live here. It would be cool to see him going to LSU games as a fan.

He absolutely was. Subbed in my class once and I totally forgot about it until you just mentioned this.

Yep, he would be a real joke with his Yogi-isms like when he said this year," Both QBs have an edge"

And with his pauses and non-linear speech pattern laughed out his first trial balloon as commentator.
